3 Grant of Licenseģ.1 Author grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable license to use the Fonts for displaying text using the CSS rule on the number of Domains specified on the Sales Receipt.

By downloading, installing, and using of the Fonts specified on the Sales Receipt, the Customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.Ģ.2 If the Customer is a parent subject licensing the Fonts for subsidiaries in Customer’s full or partial ownership, or individuals or teams under Customer’s supervision, the Customer must ensure they comply with the following terms. 2 ProvisionsĢ.1 This is a legal agreement between Author and Customer. ġ.7 Website - A collection of pages located at the Domain accessible for viewing with an internet browser.ġ.8 Server - A hardware device connected to the internet used to store, process and deliver web pages to the Website visitors.ġ.9 Workstation - A computer in Customer’s ownership on which the Fonts will be installed and used, solely for development of the Website.
